How we put this together

We make Wrenchy, so we are not neutral. To keep this useful anyway: every fact about another app comes from its US App Store listing or its 100 most recent US App Store reviews, read on October 19, 2026, and review counts are given as counts, not adjectives. We haven't used every app here for months, so we don't rate them. If something here is wrong or out of date, email support@wrenchyapp.com and we'll fix it.

Among these, Car Cave says no login is required, and Wrenchy has no account at all. CARFAX Car Care needs a CARFAX account; Fuelly and Simply Auto use an account for syncing.

Are Fuelly and Simply Auto still maintained?

They're the iPhone apps named most often when we asked ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google for car maintenance apps on October 19, 2026, plus apps near the top of App Store search for "car service log", and Wrenchy, which we make. Fleet software is left out.
