Billing questions
Is there a free version of Wrenchy?
No. Wrenchy is a subscription app. Nothing is charged until you confirm a purchase with Apple.
Does one subscription cover all my cars?
Yes. Every plan includes every vehicle, every service record, custom intervals, reminders, glovebox documents, the fuel log and CSV export. There is nothing else to buy.
How do I cancel?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Wrenchy, and choose Cancel Subscription. Apple handles billing, so cancellation happens there. Your records stay on your phone either way. Apple's guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I got a new phone. Do I have to pay again?
No. Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Wrenchy, and tap Restore purchases in Settings. Your service records come across when you set up the new phone from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one.
