Terms of use
These terms apply to Wrenchy: Car Service Log ("the app"), made by Inspiration Technologies Inc. ("we"). Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement applies.
Subscriptions
- Wrenchy is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly). Current prices are on the pricing page and in the app.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your data
Your records are stored on your device, not on our servers (see the privacy policy). If you delete the app, lose or reset your device without a backup, your records are gone, and we cannot recover them. Export a CSV from Settings from time to time.
Reminders and guides are not professional advice
Service intervals, reminders, service guides and recall information are general guidance. Your vehicle's owner's manual, its manufacturer and a qualified mechanic take precedence. Recall information comes from NHTSA and may be incomplete; check your VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for missed maintenance, vehicle damage or data loss arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
